"End of the Spear" Controversy
A furor is brewing because Chad Allen, an openly gay actor, was cast in a lead role for the movie "End of the Spear". The movie depicts the events surrounding the murder of five missionaries by Waorani tribesmen in the jungles of Ecuador back in 1956.
How shallow and superficial do you have to be to believe that an actor's politics or sexuality have anything to do with his performance or the production of a movie in which he's cast?
Just unwad your panties and go see the movie.
